Tips & Traditions:
Use fresh, organic tomatoes when possible.
Kalamata olives with the pits are more flavorful, but you need to watch out for that pit when eating.
Greek Dodoni feta is the best!
Serves:
2-4
Ingredients:
tomato
cucumber
red onion
green pepper
olives
feta

Directions:
Cut all vegetables, add to bowl or plate, top with Greek Kalamata olives and feta.
Dress with olive oil, a touch of red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano.
